All mechanical and services (electrical, plumbing, etc.) are tested and inspected. A search for unwanted water entry or damage are checked. You will be shown everything I find - be it positive or negative.
You will get a detailed electronic report consisting of hyperlinks, photos with condition highlighted. Access your report for up to 7 years with hard copies available if requested. Once you receive your report, it doesn't end there. I am always here to answer any questions and to come out and review any concerns, no charge!
